So it's that wonderful time of the year again when you have exams, and here I am waiting for my friend to call me back. Of course I'm all bored; so I decide to look up lyrics for the hell of it. Being that My Michelle is my favorite song on Appetite For Destruction I took the liberty of looking it up first. Now what do I find? A page of My Michelle, by AFI, and even a few Beatles, Michelle. But there is only "ONE" G n' R- My Michelle! What's with that?! It's one of my favorites so they get rid of it? Pfft! Well people this is a crisis! So I've decided to dedicate this whole page to the G n' R's version of My Michelle!

If you know the lyrics of this song already here's a little fact for ya. The song is actually telling the story of a friend's day to day life. After allowing them to make the song, she was quite thankful that the band hadn't sugar-coated her life.

Alright, since I now know AFI made a cover of this song I might as well as critique it. And I must say, no matter how much I like AFI (which I do quite a bit.) their cover of My Michelle isn't very good. In other words, it sucks! The begining guitar solo hardly even sounds like the original. Davey sounds alright I suppose, but near the end you can tell he is trying to sound like Axl. The chorus is just odd since the whole band is singing along. But by all means, judge it yourself, click below to download a pretty shitty song.
